Socks and Sandals

Credit V&A Museum London These socks below are displayed at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and they are some of the oldest examples of socks in history.

Clearly, they are designed to be worn with sandals, either that or a strange lizard type Ancient Alien.

But I'm going with some Egyptian Pharaoh made them with the express intention to embarrass his children!

If you can't bring yourself to fully revive this vintage look, then you can buy these from Menkind which are sure to have a similar effect but in an ironic way!
